Frequently Asked Questions
How much does grooming cost?
Grooming prices vary by breed, size, hair type, coat condition and length, the type of haircut, and your pet's temperament. Dogs with coats over 1 inch, matted or very thick coats, or temperamental personalities take extra time, and the price reflects that. We recommend grooming every 4 to 8 weeks; dogs we haven't seen in 10 to 12 weeks incur a non-regular customer fee. This does not apply to cats or short-haired dogs.
What is the difference between Bath & Tidy and Mini Groom?
Bath & Tidy includes bathing and routine tidy care, with minor cleanup around the eyes, beard and muzzle where needed. Mini Groom adds a fully groomed head and face and shaped paws, without taking length off the body coat.
Do you groom puppies and senior pets?
Yes. We take extra care introducing puppies to grooming and adapting each visit to older pets. This care is part of our bath and grooming services, rather than a separate puppy package.
Can I book just a nail trim?
Yes. You can request an À la Carte appointment for a nail trim without booking a bath or full groom. Tell us what you need in the appointment form.
What can I request for de-shedding?
Ask about de-shedding with Bath & Tidy or a TheraClean micro-bubble bath. TheraClean helps loosen dead undercoat before the brush-out and is available as an add-on or a standalone bath. Tell us about your dog’s coat so we can discuss the right service.
Are teeth brushing and color included in a groom?
No. Teeth brushing and color are optional add-ons. Mention them in your appointment notes, or choose À la Carte / Add-ons and describe what you’d like. We’ll discuss availability when confirming your request.
What are your grooming hours?
We groom Monday – Saturday from 9:00 am, and Sunday from 10:00 am.
Are all pets cage-free?
Cage-free options are available for dogs who are comfortable around other dogs. We use separate spaces or crates when a pet’s safety and comfort call for them. Cats receive appropriate separate handling.
