From Head to Tail Grooming Spa uses this website to explain our services and help you request an appointment. This policy describes the website. Please contact us with questions about records kept by the salon.

Appointment requests

The request form asks for your name, email, phone number, and your pet’s name, breed, weight, and gender. You may also provide your pet’s birthday, the service requested, à la carte details, preferred days and times, the date of the last professional groom, and notes about your pet's visit. We use these details to respond to your request and understand your pet's needs. Please include only information relevant to your pet's visit. An account and password are not required.

A request is not a confirmed appointment. If the website cannot confirm delivery of your request, contact us by phone or email before retrying. The form keeps your answers in the current page while you edit them; reloading or leaving the page can clear them.

Hosting and service providers

Cloudflare hosts this site and processes technical request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect it. Fonts and the gallery's saved photos are served with the site. When the Instagram feed is available, its images load from Meta's image servers, which receive technical information such as your IP address. We do not embed Instagram tracking scripts. Links to external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices.

Cookies and your choices

We save your cookie choice and its date in your browser's local storage for up to 30 days. This remembers separate Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics preferences on this device and browser. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current visit.

The interactive location map loads automatically when its section enters view. Google receives your IP address and may use cookies when the map loads. You can also follow the directions link to Google Maps. Google’s privacy practices apply to both options.

The TheraClean page includes a YouTube video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed. Loading or playing the video connects your browser to YouTube, which receives technical information such as your IP address. YouTube’s privacy practices apply.

You can choose Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics independently. Optional browser analytics loads only after you allow that provider and its site configuration is connected. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, with a lifetime of up to 30 days in this implementation, to measure visits and page views. We exclude URL query strings and fragments from the page URLs sent to Google, and do not send appointment form answers. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and performance without cookies or identifying individual visitors. We do not sell your data or run advertising pixels or session recording. Use Cookie settings below to change or withdraw your choices; we ask again after 30 days. Withdrawing either analytics choice refreshes the page to stop its browser script. Withdrawing Google Analytics also removes the analytics cookies set by this site. This does not erase measurements already sent. Hosting and security logs are separate from optional browser analytics.
